Buckingham Athletic Ladies are eager for new players to join them for next season.
Having been going for the last three seasons, the team is made up of all ages but they are losing many players to university and are short on numbers for next season, as well as a manager.
They are appealing to any ladies from the age of 16 that can play football or have previously played and would like to get back onto the pitch.
Karen Foster said: “We would be pleased to hear from anyone interested because without new players coming in, we will have no choice other than to fold.
“This will be such a disappointment to us all as we are the only ladies team in Buckingham and really want to keep the team going.
“We would also like to say a massive thank you to manager Mark Jessup for everything he has done for us all over the last three seasons and he will be truly missed.”
